AISI 304 – 316 – 316 Ti quality stainless steel is used to manufacture capacities of 300 Lt. – 35,000 liters. The design is made according to the vacuum temperature and pressure conditions required by the process. Heating coils are generally in the form of external half-pipes and are applied for internal heating when necessary.

The sealing system can be made with soft packing or mechanical packing. Various mixer (anchor, turbine, etc.) types are applied and gearboxes are selected depending on the viscosity of the product and operating conditions. After the necessary pressure tests are carried out at the end of the production, the outer surface is insulated with the required thickness of stone wool and covered with sheet metal.

The completed reactors are installed, the necessary connections (steam, vacuum, hot oil etc.) are completed and the system is commissioned.
